Be the envy of your friends when you return home not only able to properly pronounce paella, but with the ability to whip one up too. Not to mention tapas and sangria, all done in our purpose built party kitchen (did we mention sangria). First we hit the Boqueria Market with someone who knows their way around the stalls to get our ingredients, then we get down to preparing it. This is equal parts educational, informational and overwhelmingly enjoyable (and yeah, we know that informational isn’t a word, but we like it).
